RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – FOR AUSTRALIAN-BASED CUSTOMERS

Please contact us to obtain instructions before returning a product. Once we receive your return, please allow 1 week for processing.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Products undergo careful inspection before shipping and are packaged securely. Damage occurring en route is highly unlikely however, should this occur please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all of the original packing material and we'll provide you with return instructions. The fault or damage will be inspected immediately.

Should the product be deemed as Faulty, a replacement of the identical product will be dispatched to you immediately. Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out – in this instance, a full credit or refund will be supplied.

All shipping costs associated with the return of goods deemed as Faulty Products are fully paid for by Fox Maiden.

Faulty Products Policy & Procedure:

  • Please Contact Us to report the fault within 3 days of receiving your goods. All returns must be authorised by Fox Maiden administration
  • Please provide proof of purchase
  • We'll supply you with return authority number & instructions so that we can investigate the fault or damage immediately
  • The item must be returned to Fox Maiden within 5 days of the return authority being issued
  • Please note that products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts
  • Products deemed to have been worn or used will not be eligible for a refund unless, of course, the goods are deemed to be inherently faulty/defective by the supplier
  • Please note that the refunds for the faulty item/s will be processed using the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will process a refund to that card
  • Gift recipients please note: In the case of a refund on a faulty return, Fox Maiden cannot credit the gift recipient. The refund must be credited to the purchaser using the original payment method

NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS: EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY

Please make your purchase carefully as Fox Maiden does not provide a refund, exchange or credit, if you change your mind.
However, if the item is not suitable & meets all our below outlined criteria for an exchange/credit, we will, in this instance provide an exchange or, alternatively a credit which can be used through the Fox Maiden website at a later date – this credit will not expire.

Shipping costs associated with the return of Non Faulty Products are payable by the customer in this instance.

Exchange or Credit Policy & Procedure:

  • PleaseContact Us to report the need to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the goods. All returns must be authorised by Fox Maiden administration
  • Please provide proof of purchase
  • We will then supply you with a return authority number and instructions on how to return the product
  • The item must be returned to Fox Maiden within 5 days of the return authority being issued
  • Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to Fox Maiden and all charges incurred are at your expense
  • It is a requirement that the items be sent using Registered Post with the appropriate insurance to ensure items are secure in transit
  • Upon receiving the product it will be inspected immediately to ensure that it hasn't been worn or used
  • Products must be returned to Fox Maiden in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts
  • Provided that the above stated criteria has been met, you will either be supplied with authority to exchange item/s of your choosing or, a credit
  • Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges associated with the requested return & exchange

IMPORTANT: Fox Maiden is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unworn condition. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used. All returns must be authorised by Fox Maiden administration.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that Fox Maiden does not accept any returns on sale items unless, the goods are deemed to have an inherent manufacturing fault/defect by the supplier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICYFOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (PARCELS SENT TO A NON-AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS)

International customers, please make your purchase carefully as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for goods sent outside of Australia. Our regular Returns Policy stated above only applies for goods sent to an Australian address & does not apply when goods are sent to a non-Australian address. We assure you that all goods undergo a thorough inspection for any faults or defects prior to shipping. However, as you can appreciate, in very rare instances, a parcel may become damaged or lost during shipping. Unfortunately, Fox Maiden is not able to compensate our overseas-based customers when sending goods outside of Australia.
