Shipping is FREE for orders delivered anywhere in Australia that are $130 AUD or greater.
Orders that are $129 AUD or less will be charged for the shipping cost of $11 AUD

Orders Placed Before 4:00pm on a Weekday AEST
If you have made payment & successfully placed your order before 4pm on a weekday, you should expect to receive your goods the next business day.

Orders Placed After 4pm on a Weekday AEST
If you have made payment & successfully placed your order after 4pm on a weekday, your goods should be received within 2 business days. For example, an order placed at 8:30pm on a Wednesday will be processed & sent by Fox Maiden the next day, Thursday & you should expect to receive your goods in such an instance by Friday.

Australia Post's Express Post Service - Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery**
We use Australia Post's, Express Post Service (guaranteed next business day delivery) for all domestic deliveries.
Essentially, if your nominated delivery address is located in any major Australian city that falls within Australia Post's guaranteed next business day delivery network, you should expect to receive your goods as outlined above.
Australia Post's guaranteed next business day delivery service will not apply if your nominated address is in a country town or rural area. Delivery to these addresses may take an additional 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – ORDERS PLACED FROM OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Fox Maiden offers shipping worldwide – we are based in Melbourne, Australia.
Upon selecting your items & proceeding through the check-out, you will be notified of the applicable shipping charges & your estimated delivery time, before your credit card details are requested.
To make your purchase from overseas more economical, we use Australia Post's, Air Mail service. Whilst this service tends to be affordable for our international customers, the only drawback is that these parcels cannot be tracked or insured.
IMPORTANT: International customers, please make your purchase carefully as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for goods sent outside of Australia – our regular Returns Policy for Australian-based customers does not apply for our overseas-based customers. We assure you that all goods undergo a thorough inspection for any faults or defects prior to shipping. However, as you can appreciate, in very rare instances, a parcel may become lost or damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, Fox Maiden is not able to compensate our overseas-based customers when sending goods outside of Australia.
